Acionna provides services including but not limited to:

• Pool cleaning and maintenance

• Water testing and balancing

• Equipment inspections

• Pool equipment repairs

• Equipment installation and replacement

• Pool heating and blanket services

• General pool-related advice and support

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Acionna.

  3. Quotes and Pricing

​

3.1 Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Variations

Additional work identified during service may result in additional charges. We will seek customer approval before undertaking any significant additional work.

3.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to increases in supplier costs, labour costs, or unforeseen project requirements.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

4.1 Customer Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4.2 Missed Appointments

If access to the property is unavailable at the scheduled service time, a call-out fee may apply.

4.3 Weather Conditions

Certain services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns.

5. Property Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and pool area.

Customers are responsible for:

• Unlocking gates if required

• Securing pets

• Ensuring access to equipment areas

Additional charges may apply where access restrictions prevent completion of the service.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Due Date

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs to the extent permitted by law.

6.3 Ownership of Goods

All equipment, parts, and products supplied remain the property of Acionna until payment is received in full.

7. Customer Responsibilities

​

The customer acknowledges that:

• Pool water conditions may change due to weather, usage, environmental factors, or equipment issues.

• Ongoing maintenance recommendations should be followed.

• Acionna is not responsible for issues arising from customer neglect, misuse, or failure to follow recommendations.

8. Equipment and Product Warranties

​

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and products supplied where available.

Acionna does not provide warranties beyond those required under Australian Consumer Law unless expressly stated in writing.

Warranty claims may require inspection and verification before approval.

9. Australian Consumer Law

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

• Re-supplying the services; or

• Paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acionna is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of profits

• Damage caused by pre-existing defects

• Damage resulting from customer actions or third-party interference

• Delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Users must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website security

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website functionality at any time.
